Job description

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at 360 Advanced Cybersecurity, you are often the first point of contact for organizations navigating complex cybersecurity and compliance decisions.

Your ability to build trust, ask the right questions, and create meaningful conversations sets the tone for the entire customer relationship—and fuels our revenue engine.

POSITION DESCRIPTION

A typical day as a BDR starts with researching new prospects and identifying key insights. You’ll engage leaders in thoughtful conversations via phone, email, LinkedIn, text message, and video. Through these efforts, you’ll create active selling conversations and open qualified opportunities for Account Executives. We believe in the power of personal connections, good questions, and direct conversation.

We are a fast-growing and fully remote team with high expectations. This role is a strong fit for someone who enjoys outbound selling, is familiar with a modern tech stack and is comfortable ramping quickly in a structured, metrics-driven environment. We can teach you cybersecurity & compliance, but you need to show up on day one ready to sell.

WHY SELL HERE?

  • Clear goals, strong enablement, and support from marketing and leadership
  • Best-in-class tech stack with fully integrated AI tools
  • An energetic, collaborative sales culture
  • A bias for action and “done is better than perfect” mentality
  • Strong growth trajectory with room for advancement
  • Structured onboarding and ongoing development to help you ramp quickly

WHAT YOU BRING?

  • Comfort with Outreach – You’re willing to initiate conversations through phone, email, and social outreach
  • Strong Communication Skills – You communicate clearly, professionally, and authentically in both written and verbal settings
  • Curiosity & Problem‑Solving Mindset – You enjoy learning about how organizations operate and uncovering opportunities to help
  • Coachability & Willingness to Learn – You’re open to feedback, training, and continuous improvement
  • Goal‑Oriented Approach – You’re motivated by measurable progress and clear success metrics
  • Time Management & Accountability – You work effectively in a remote environment, balancing consistency with prioritization

DEFINING SUCCESS

  • Consistently completing daily outreach and prospecting activities
  • Maintaining accurate and organized CRM records
  • Demonstrating a consultative, respectful approach to prospects
  • Actively developing sales skills through coaching, training, and collaboration
  • Generating qualified, high‑quality sales opportunities

If you’re looking for a supportive, performance‑driven sales environment where learning, integrity, and growth matter, we’d love to hear from you!
