• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for individuals, encompassing pre-crisis and crisis management strategies.
• Complete all required documentation with precision and adherence to regulatory standards to ensure compliance and continuity of care.
• Utilize evidence-based screening tools as determined by your professional discretion to gauge client needs and track progress.
• Work in a multidisciplinary team to create and implement positive behavior support plans that align with client goals.
• Actively engage in licensing and accreditation activities to uphold the quality of our services.
• Serve as a critical liaison between clients and relevant state agencies, community partners, and service systems, facilitating necessary referrals and resources.
• Foster effective communication and collaboration with external stakeholders to meet contractual obligations and enhance community outreach.
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with local, state, and federal agencies, identifying potential partnerships and funding opportunities for program expansion.
• Engage in professional development through attending conferences, workshops, and participating on task forces related to mental health advocacy and policy.

• Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by the Clinic Director, contributing to the overall success of the organization.

The primary focus of this role is on serving a diverse population with various mental health needs. You will work with individuals facing challenges related to emotional disturbances, recovery from substance abuse, and those experiencing developmental disabilities or brain injuries. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will be instrumental in guiding clients through their recovery journeys, ensuring they have access to essential support and resources tailored to their unique circumstances.

• Must hold a Master's Degree in a relevant mental health field.
• An active and independent LMHC license is required.

• Experience in telehealth services or remote counseling is highly valued.
