About the Role:

Sawdey Solution Services is seeking a highly experienced Technical Lead Developer to provide technical development and implementation support for Civil Engineering and/or mission support processes through Power Platform workflow development, process automation, data management, application strategy, and Machine Learning enablement.

Additional Responsibilities Include, but are not Limited To:

  • Provide support to include maturing the current technical design approach, documenting functional specifications (e.g., governance, permission groups, workflows, standard coding, etc.), maintaining databases, training content and lessons learned.
  • Provide recommendations for innovative process updates , if identified, to
  • combine disparate processes where applicable.
  • Perform other duties, as assigned.

Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of application development and database management experience.
  • Minimum 5 years automation, and dashboard development experience.
  • This experience may overlap with application development and database management experience.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.

Education Requirements:

  • BA or BS in Management, Engineering, or Business/ Financial IT related field.

Certificate, License, and Registration Requirements:

  • Technical development certification: CompTIA or equivalent/similar IT certification.
  • PMP certification.

Other Required Skills & Abilities:

  • Must be able to effectively communicate with customer and fulfill all duties and responsibilities as listed in the contract.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite including, but not limited to: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
