We’re actively hiring for a Healthcare Implementation Engineer role — a fantastic opportunity for strong technical professionals looking to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong server-side expertise (NOT just desktop support)
  • Hands-on experience with Windows stack: IIS, SQL Server, ASP.NET, Active Directory
  • Ability to install, configure, and troubleshoot IIS (critical requirement)
  • Experience with SQL installation + basic query execution (SELECT, UPDATE, DELETE)
  • Solid background in Tier II/III technical/application support
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in complex production environments
  • Healthcare exposure is a plus (RIS/PACS/HL7/DICOM nice-to-have, not mandatory)

Role Overview:

  • Work on software implementation & installation projects
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues across infrastructure & applications
  • Support critical healthcare systems in live environments
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams & customers
  • Provide high-quality documentation and technical support

Ideal Candidate:
Someone who can own deployments, solve deep technical issues, and handle server-level environments confidently.
