• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy and mental health services to students facing a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, and PTSD.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of student mental health, analyzing their emotional, behavioral, and social functioning to inform treatment plans.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that are culturally competent and tailored to each student's distinct needs and circumstances, ensuring alignment with best practices and educational goals.
• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and pediatricians, to create a supportive network for student care.
• Regularly monitor student progress, utilizing feedback from both the students and their families, to make necessary adjustments to treatment approaches.
• Educate students and their families about mental health issues, discussing available treatment options and community resources to promote understanding and engagement.
• Adhere to strict ethical and professional standards, including maintaining confidentiality and acquiring informed consent when working with minors.

Your primary focus will be on students ranging from elementary through high school age, addressing a spectrum of mental health needs and challenges within the educational context. • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, confirming your advanced expertise in this field.
