You will deliver world-class customer service to inbound callers as well as utilize product knowledge to troubleshoot and solve customer concerns with both empathy and efficiency.   • Available to work 8-hour shifts any day of the week, including weekends and holidays, between 07:00AM - 01:00AM CST.
  • Must pass a background screening, be at least 18 years old, have a GED or High School Diploma, and be legally permitted to work in the United States.
