This critical role involves working in a Detox Center, where you will directly contribute to holistic treatment plans that address the complexities of patients' psychosocial needs.

  • Engage with patients' families and support systems to facilitate understanding and collaboration regarding treatment goals and discharge planning, promoting sustainable recovery.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans to optimize patient outcomes.
Patient Population / Client Focus

This position focuses on individuals undergoing detoxification, often experiencing co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. You will be instrumental in providing emotional support and practical resources, allowing them to navigate through this critical transitional phase and establish a foundation for recovery.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
  • Active and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Oregon.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience, preferably in settings related to substance use and mental health.
  • Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with electronic medical records, MS Office Suite, and digital communication systems.
