Life Changes Therapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our remote team. Work Environment

This full-time role is entirely remote, allowing you to deliver therapy via telehealth services from anywhere in Oregon. Engaging with clients through virtual therapy platforms, our counselors benefit from innovative technological tools designed to facilitate effective treatment. We support a work-life balance with structured hours from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments to determine client needs and facilitate personalized therapeutic interventions.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client, incorporating evidenced-based practices to ensure effective treatment pathways.
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment progress within 24 hours.
  • Participate in regular peer case consultations to ensure a collaborative approach to client care, promoting best practices in mental health treatment.
  • Uphold ethical standards and maintain confidentiality in all aspects of therapy and documentation.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your client focus will primarily be on adult individuals and couples seeking therapeutic interventions to address a range of mental health issues. This can include anxiety, depression, relational conflicts, and life transitions. By delivering compassionate and culturally competent support, you will play a vital role in fostering positive change and empowerment in your clientsโ€™ lives.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.
  • Possession of active independent licensure (LMFT, LCPC, LPC, or LCSW) is essential.

Preferred Experience
