• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify mental health needs of clients and develop tailored treatment plans that resonate with their goals.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic services via secure virtual platforms; customize therapy techniques to engage clients effectively.
• Establish and monitor therapeutic goals with clients, offering empathetic support throughout the therapeutic process.
• Utilize diverse therapeutic modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques, to suit individual client preferences.
• Document all therapy sessions meticulously, maintaining accurate records of client progress and treatment adjustments in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

In your role as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will work closely with a diverse clientele facing varying mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Your personalized, remote approach will allow you to establish trust with clients from different backgrounds while delivering effective therapy tailored to their unique circumstances.

• Current and valid licensure in one of the following areas: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build rapport with clients remotely.
• Demonstrated empathy and understanding toward clients’ mental health challenges, ensuring a compassionate approach to therapy.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities to effectively manage therapy sessions and administrative tasks in a virtual format.

• Experience in a remote therapeutic setting is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems to facilitate efficient documentation and client management.
• Practical knowledge of teletherapy regulations and ethical standards in a virtual counseling environment.

• Annual salary range between USD 80,000 to 104,000, dependent on client caseload and experience.
