• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to uncover clients' mental health concerns, personal strengths, and available resources to develop comprehensive treatment strategies.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based treatment modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Trauma-Informed Care.
• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to create and implement integrated treatment plans that address the multifaceted needs of our clients.
• Facilitate support groups and psychoeducation classes that promote shared learning and community-building among clients.
• Offer crisis intervention services, including risk assessments and safety planning to support clients during critical moments of need.
• Document client progress and treatment outcomes accurately and in accordance with ethical and legal standards to maintain compliance and support quality assurance.
• Engage in continuous professional development by participating in training programs and staying abreast of evolving therapeutic practices.

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse client population, including individuals experiencing mental health distress, substance use disorder, and associated behavioral challenges. Clients at our Detox Center range from adolescents to adults, each with unique backgrounds and needs. • Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Valid and active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Minimum of two years of experience working in a mental health or outpatient treatment setting.
• Strong understanding of evidence-based therapeutic methods and the ability to apply them effectively in therapeutic settings.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients from various backgrounds.

• Experience working in a detoxification or rehabilitation center.
• Background in trauma-informed care and crisis intervention.
• Familiarity with teletherapy practices and tools to enhance client engagement in a remote environment.
