• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to evaluate clients’ mental health challenges and determine personalized treatment plans.
• Design and implement tailored therapy programs to address each client’s unique concerns and therapeutic objectives, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities.
• Facilitate evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions, ensuring an engaging and therapeutic atmosphere that encourages client participation and healing.

In this role, you will primarily work with individuals and families dealing with a spectrum of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and complex family dynamics. Your expertise will be instrumental in helping clients build resilience, improve communication, and foster healthier relationships.

• Possession of a current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, essential for establishing a trusting therapeutic alliance with clients.
• Demonstrated empathy and a nonjudgmental approach to understanding clients’ experiences and struggles.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, crucial for effective client care and administrative responsibilities.

• Experience providing therapy in a clinical setting, particularly with diverse populations and complex cases.
• Familiarity with a range of therapeutic approaches, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), family systems therapy, and solution-focused therapy.
• Prior experience working collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team is highly preferred.
