Desort – National Division Remote · U.S. · High-Growth Role

Desort is expanding rapidly and seeking a Dental Client Acquisition Consultant to drive new business, secure hiring partnerships, and grow our presence within the Dental sector. You will be the front-line force responsible for bringing in new dental practices, DSOs, and specialty clinics that rely on Desort for premium recruitment solutions.

This role is perfect for a confident communicator who excels at outreach, relationship-building, and converting prospects into long-term clients. You will represent a fast-growing recruitment brand known for speed, precision, and high-value placements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and convert new dental client opportunities
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of dental practices and DSOs
  • Conduct outreach, present Desort's recruitment solutions, and secure new hiring partnerships
  • Strengthen Desort's footprint within the Dental industry
  • Collaborate with internal recruiters to ensure seamless, high-quality placements
  • Provide insights on dental hiring trends, compensation, and market demand
  • Represent the Desort brand with professionalism, urgency, and authority
