As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments of patients to determine their mental health needs and developing appropriate treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Implementing a variety of therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) tailored to the unique preferences and needs of each client.
• Maintaining meticulous and timely clinical records in compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory requirements, ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of patient information.
• Collaborating with treatment team members to develop a cohesive approach to care that addresses the multifaceted needs of each patient.
• Participating actively in case consultations and peer review meetings, which contributes to continuous professional development and the overall quality of care.
• Providing educational resources and support to patients and their families, helping them to understand mental health issues, treatment modalities, and available community resources.
• Staying informed about the latest research in mental health and integrating this knowledge into your clinical practice to enhance patient outcomes.

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including adolescents and adults facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Your compassionate approach paired with evidence-based methodologies will help empower these individuals on their journey toward recovery and improved mental well-being.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid LCSW license in the state of Georgia.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical setting focused on delivering psychotherapy services.
• Proficiency in solution-based psychotherapy interventions and a solid understanding of various therapeutic techniques.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with strong problem-solving abilities.
• The capability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.

• Experience utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and patient management.
• Prior work with multi-disciplinary teams in outpatient settings is highly valued.
• Familiarity with community resources and support systems in the Alpharetta area.
