• Conduct clinical assessments and therapy sessions with clients who experience symptoms of major mental illness or severe emotional disorders. Utilize evidence-based practices tailored to individual client needs.
• Develop, implement, and monitor treatment plans that include evidence-based interventions, integrating client and family input to promote a holistic approach to mental wellness.
• Engage in crisis intervention when necessary, assessing risk and developing appropriate plans to ensure client safety and well-being.
• Collaborate with fellow mental health professionals to advance team objectives, share knowledge, and foster a culture of teamwork focused on improving client outcomes.
• Provide educational resources, create an empowering environment, and help clients navigate health systems to access various linked services.
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation of all client interactions, adhering to organizational policies, and ensuring compliance with ethical standards.
• Actively participate in quality improvement initiatives within the center to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Provide on-call coverage during scheduled hours to assist with immediate client needs or emergencies.

As a Remote Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Pathways, you will engage primarily with clients from diverse backgrounds, including individuals facing significant socio-economic challenges. Our service delivery model focuses on those who are underserved and in need of compassionate mental health support. You will be tasked with tailoring your approach to respect and respond to each client’s unique cultural, economic, and personal context.

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field is required, alongside current licensure as an LCSW in the state of Georgia.
• A minimum of two years of experience as a clinician, providing mental health services is preferred.
• Strong expertise in clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and crisis management is essential.
• Demonstrated communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to document clearly and effectively.
• Organizational and planning abilities that facilitate effective client management and compliance with treatment protocols.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred to effectively communicate with a broader client base.
• Experience with telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems to streamline patient interactions and documentation.
• Knowledge of community resources and healthcare systems to assist clients in navigating care.
