• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health concerns by utilizing structured intake procedures, including written questionnaires and in-depth interviews.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans based on comprehensive evaluations, utilizing evidence-based modalities tailored to the individual’s needs.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions via telehealth, employing various techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and person-centered approaches.
• Monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to motivate growth and address evolving mental health issues.
• Engage in ongoing professional development by participating in workshops, training sessions, and supervision meetings to enhance your skills and stay current with industry trends.
• Collaborate with other members of our mental health team to ensure continuity of care, discussing cases in supervision meetings and sharing effective strategies.

The individuals you will work with come from diverse backgrounds and may present a wide array of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related issues, and relational conflicts. By providing a safe and empathetic virtual space, you will foster trust and openness, enabling clients to share their experiences and progress toward mental wellness.

• A valid mental health license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A master's or doctoral degree in a relevant field such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that cultivate a trusting therapist-client relationship.
• A compassionate, non-judgmental attitude towards clients’ experiences combined with strong ethics in practice.
• Proficient organizational and time management abilities, managing both a caseload and necessary administrative responsibilities effectively.

• Experience providing telehealth services is a plus, along with familiarity with digital health tools.
• Background in working with a variety of mental health conditions, particularly within a remote framework.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
