Job description

Locations: Must reside in Texas, Georgia, Alabama, Florida, North Carolina, Washington State, Illinois or Virginia

Pay: Hourly pay with base rate of $17.75 per hour and a health and welfare benefit paid per hour of an additional $5.55. If health benefits are not needed (e.g., candidate has TRICARE, VA, or spousal health coverage), the $5.55/hour is contributed to a 401(a) tax-deferred account, with a 3% company match. If health benefits are needed, the $5.55/hour is used to cover benefit selections.

Training: One week of mandatory paid training will be provided remotely. Training is conducted live via Microsoft Teams and requires full video participation for the duration. Successful completion of this training is required to graduate and transition into production work.

Attendance: Candidates must not have any planned absences during the training week. Unplanned time off is only acceptable in cases of emergency.

Time Off and SCA Benefits:
This role is covered under the Service Contract Act (SCA). In accordance with SCA guidelines, employees are eligible for: - 11 paid federal holidays per year (88 hours annually) - Paid vacation: 2 weeks (80 hours) of paid vacation annually after one year of service - Paid sick leave in compliance with state and local laws - Health and welfare fringe benefit of $5.36/hour to be used toward health coverage or contributed to a retirement account if coverage is waived

The Dental Claims Resolution Specialist I supports accurate and timely data entry for dental claims under the Veterans Affairs Community Care Network (VACCN). The specialist will review incoming claims via fax, portal, or paper, ensuring claims are processed with precision and compliance.
