Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess mental health diagnoses and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each clientโ€™s individual needs.
  • Maintain a manageable caseload of 25 to 30 client sessions per week while ensuring high-quality care and documentation according to clinic protocols.
  • Utilize creativity in therapeutic interventions to help clients achieve and exceed their emotional and psychological goals.
  • Create and maintain accurate records for each session, including treatment plans, diagnosis updates, and detailed case notes.
  • Ensure effective communication and coordination of services with case managers, healthcare professionals, and educational staff to provide holistic support for clients.
  • Provide excellent customer service, promoting a supportive and collaborative atmosphere within the clinic as we work to address the mental health needs of our community.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The LMFT will work with a wide variety of patients, including children, adolescents, couples, and families. Qualifications
