We are seeking a talented individual to join our Defined Benefit Implementation team at Mercer. This is a remote role.
You can expect to work on a team focused on pension plan administration and implementation support, where analytical skills are used to keep project work accurate, timely, and aligned to client needs. The role involves contributing to re
quirements, testing, documentation, and technical specifications, while helping identify and resolve issues that could affect delivery quality. You will also be responsible for meeting assigned deadlines and supporting modifications based on specific client requirements.
We will count on you to:
  • Perform key implementation functions
  • Utilize your analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Manage your deliverables to the project plan
  • Actively participate in internal status calls
  • Actively participate in external/client status calls
  • Facilitate internal and external workshops (data, plan provisions, communications, trustee processing)
  • Train the Delivery team
  • Thrive and be motivated by an environment that embraces AI and technology-enabled tools

What you need to have:
  • At least 3 years of defined benefit administration or implementation experience
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Strong skills in Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Impressive analytical and problem-solving skills

The applicable base salary range for this role is $59,500 to $119,500.
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
