Be the overarching relation with employee benefits brokers/agencies while continuously growing broker headcount by effectively presenting our PEO value proposition. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prospect,contact,developrelationshipsandmarkettonewagents/brokerstoencouragethemtoplacetheirPEOandotherbusinesswithus.
  • Workwithagents/brokerstodeveloprevenuegrowthstrategiesfocusedonincreasedsalesactivity,increasedproductspercustomer,andexpandedunderstandingofCRCBenefits'specializedservices.
  • Utilizeinternalsystems(Salesforce,Teams,etc.)foractivitytrackingandmetrics.
  • Effectivelymarkettoagents/brokers,encouragingthemtoletCRCBenefitsassistwiththeirPEObusiness.
  • Provide"justintime"salesexpertisetomaximizeresults.
  • Developstrategieswithtargetedagenciestodrivetechnologyadoptiontoassuretheeliminationofmanualprocessesandadherencetosafe,secureelectronictransferofdata.
  • Coordinatewithpartnercarrierresourcesasneededtomaximizeresults.
  • AdheretotheCRCBenefitsconfidentialitystandardsofinformation.
  • Occasionallong,irregularhoursduringpeaktimes.


EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • 3+ years' experience in a related PEO health insurance/employee benefits sales role.
  • HSDiplomaorGEDequivalentrequired.Associatesdegreepreferred.

CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

  • Active Life & Health License is required.

FUNCTIONAL SKILLS

  • In-depth knowledge of PEO and group insurance products preferably attained through working in a PEO insurance marketing or selling role.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook Exchange; proficient in web browsers, specifically Google Chrome.
