*Located in Gainesville, Florida (Remote with occasional travel)

  • System-level leadership role overseeing inpatient and professional billing CDI operations across a large academic health system
  • Responsible for CDI strategy, physician engagement, operational alignment, and documentation integrity performance improvement
  • Focus on CMI, LOS, mortality metrics, HCC capture, E/M optimization, and revenue integrity initiatives
  • Subject matter expertise with Iodine Software strongly required
  • Large medical center CDI leadership experience required
  • RN required
  • Remote role with occasional travel for leadership meetings and operational support
