A: Our current Directors average $100K-$150K annually. Top performers exceed $129K. You get a $36K base plus uncapped commissions (9.40% on PIM, 5.29% on NPIM).


Q: What's the schedule like?
A: You'll work evenings and weekends on a rotating 3-week schedule. You'll work 2 out of every 3 weekends and always know your days off in advance. Calendar availability averages 50 hours, but actual working time is around 40 hours.


Q: Is this really remote?
A: 100% remote. Work from anywhere. Just be available to take calls within 5 minutes during your scheduled shift.


Q: What kind of leads do I get?
A: Pre-set appointments and live-transfer calls. These are people who've already expressed interest in real estate investingour highest-intent prospects.


Q: What experience do I need?
A: 2+ years of B2C high-ticket phone or Zoom sales. Proven success with programs $3K+. CRM proficiency. Currently in a phone-based sales role.

A: No catch. We need someone who can close, work evenings/weekends, and perform remotely. If that's you, you'll earn well and have genuine work-life balance.


Hours:

Your Schedule (MST):

  • MonThu: 12:00 PM 10:00 PM
  • Fri: 10:00 AM 6:00 PM
  • SatSun: 7:00 AM 6:00 PM Directors rotate weekends, working two out of every three weekends to ensure balanced coverage. If you work Sat and Sun you will have Mon and Tuesday off.
  • Youll work a 5-day schedule, never more than five days in a row, with two consecutive days off each week.
  • Youll keep your calendar open Nights and Weekends about 10 hours per day (around 50 hours per week) to allow for both pre-scheduled appointments and live-transfer calls.


Youll typically have2535 hours of booked talk time per week, each pre scheduled set is 2-hour appointment blocks. This turns into 11-12 hours of Talk time for pre set. This does not include live transfers.


When not on a call, your time is flexible you just need to stay reachable within 5 minutes during your shift for any incoming live transfer. You have to be ready for a video call to be on a live call in front of computer within 5 mins during set hours.
