As part of this mission, youโ€™ll contribute to highโ€‘impact GEOINT exploitation, analysis and reporting of all Advanced GEOINT and Special Access Program (SAP), and related disciplines and products produced by the Army GEOINT Enterprise.

What you will do The Targeting Analyst Develops targets and target systems for joint lethal and / or non lethal engagements Develops target nominations, creates database records, and databases target intelligence products Produces all-source analytic damage estimates and battle damage assessments and assists with combat assessment requirements Conducts collateral damage estimation, performs target list management, target strategy development, and provides joint target intelligence support to deliberate and dynamic target engagements Provides recommendations for target prioritization to achieve commander objectives for plans and operations Provides database nominations, creates and updates database and uploads TMs into databases Additional duties as assigned or required What we are looking for Targeting Analyst 4: 9 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 7 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 4 years relevant experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 13 years relevant experience Targeting Analyst 5: 15 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 13 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 10 years relevant experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 19 years relevant experience Understanding of the Intelligence Cycle, Collection Management Cycle, Targeting Cycle, and supporting intelligence analytic techniques; Understanding of Intelligence Support /Role in the MDMP Senior-Expert level research and writing skills Senior-Expert knowledge of GEOINT software including RemoteView, SOCET GXP, DIEE, or ArcGIS Experience with photogrammetric principles and techniques Experience in overseeing and executing target development standards Training and expert knowledge in basic, intermediate, and advanced target development Clearance: Must possess and maintain a TS/SCI clearance Bonus points for... Targeting Analyst 4: Masters in Remote Sensing, Cartography, Geography, or related field AND 5 years current Intelligence Analysis experience; OR Bachelors in Remote Sensing, Cartography, Geography, or related field AND at least 10 years of current Intelligence Analysis experience; OR High School Diploma AND Specialized Training with at least 15 years of Intelligence Analysis experience Targeting Analyst 5: Masters in Remote Sensing, Cartography, Geography, or related field AND 10 years current Intelligence Analysis experience; OR Bachelors degree in Remote Sensing, Cartography, Geography, or related field AND at least 15 years of current Intelligence Analysis experience; OR High School Diploma AND Specialized Training with at least 20 years of Intelligence Analysis experience GPC-II Imagery Certification Experience with commercial visualization software Experience with MS Office suite of tools Experience presenting at community forums and symposiums Completion of related Army (or service equivalent) 35/350G, 12Y/125D, or 35F/350F military occupational specialty school Physical Requirements May require working in an office, industrial, shipboard, or laboratory environment. Capable of climbing ladders and tolerating confined spaces and extreme temperature variances.
