Position Type: Full-time

Reporting To: Managing Director

Hours: 37.5 - Monday to Friday, with Saturdays 9am-1pm on a rota, plus a half day off during the week

Location: Based in Pontefract, with daily travel to sites - mostly local, occasionally further afield.

The Role

We're seeking a hands-on Property Specialist to support the management and marketing of our residential portfolio. You'll carry out property inspections, inventories, check-ins and check-outs, while also creating marketing content and conducting viewings across the portfolio.

What You'll Do

  • Carry out check-ins and check-outs
  • Conduct mid-term inspections
  • Complete inventories and schedules of condition
  • Carry out pre-leaving inspections, as applicable
  • Produce inspection and compliance reports in line with deposit service requirements
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety, fire, and gas requirements
  • Create property marketing content, including photos, videos and floor plans
  • Conduct and manage property viewings and collect feedback
  • Support miscellaneous appointments as needed
What We're Looking For (Essential)
  • 1+ years of experience in lettings or property sales (remote or office-based)
  • Strong understanding of UK residential lettings regulations
  • Adaptable and quick to learn in a tech-driven, fast-changing environment
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Comfortable using CRMs, property portals, and online communication tools
  • Experienced with digital tools for remote collaboration, such as Slack, Google Meet and Google Docs
Nice to Have
  • Familiarity with Giraffe or other 360 cameras
  • Familiarity with inventory software
