Hybrid/Remote - Irvine, CA
Job Type: Part-time/Contract-to-hire
Job Description: US Advisors is seeking a Senior Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team! You will perform activities in human resources from developing talent acquisition strategies to recruiting new hires on our Federal contractor engagements.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement the company's talent acquisition strategy for all new projects
  • Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees nationwide
  • Onboard and train new employees
  • Implement company culture, values, and policies and create SOPs as required
  • Provide management with requested reports and analytical trends
  • Coordinate events focused on employee recruitment, retention, and recognition
  • Accurately maintain employee files and all HR records.

Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources, recruiting, or other Talent-related fields at a Federal contracting company providing professional services to agencies like the Department of Homeland Security.
  • Ability to commute to our locations nationwide on an as-needed basis.
  • Knowledge of labor and employment laws in California and any other state in the U.S.
  • Ability to build rapport with all employees.
  • Strong organizational skills and management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen and eligible to pass a Federal background investigation for a security clearance.

Benefits: None while the position remains part-time; eligible for benefits if converted to a full-time W2 role!
Pay Range: $40.00-60.00/hr
