Job description

Why Youโ€™re Here

Youโ€™ve worked in production and know the realities of building campaigns, assets, and contentโ€”across studios, agencies, or independent teams.

Youโ€™re entrepreneurial by nature, the kind of person who sees both the creative potential and operational pain points inside a workflowโ€”and knows how to fix them.

At Fuser, youโ€™ll translate technical capabilities into creative outcomes. Youโ€™ll run demos, build relationships, and help studios, agencies, and artists see exactly how Fuser makes their work faster, smarter, and more intentional.

This isnโ€™t a standard SDR or AE position. Itโ€™s a hybrid creative, technical, and relational role for someone who can think like a producer, speak like a technologist, and sell like a storyteller.

What Youโ€™ll Do
  • Own the full sales pipelineโ€”from outreach to closing

  • Identify and engage studios, agencies, and creative teams

  • Develop and run tailored demos showing Fuser in action

  • Translate client goals into custom AI workflows (nodes, generation, automation)

  • Collaborate with Product to share client feedback and shape features

  • Partner with Marketing to craft decks, case studies, and creative use-case materials

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with partners and clients

  • Track performance and outreach metrics in our CRM

What You Bring
  • Proven experience in production, creative technology, or SaaS sales

  • Understanding of how media and content are producedโ€”from concept to delivery

  • Fluency with creative tools (Adobe Suite, Figma, ComfyUI, Davinci Resolve, Nuke, C4D/Maya/Blender, UE4/Unity etc.)

  • Familiarity with APIs, AI models, or automation (Zapier, n8n, etc.)

  • Strong communicator who can simplify complex ideas for creative audiences

  • Entrepreneurial energyโ€”self-directed, curious, solutions-oriented

  • Comfortable running client calls, demos, and negotiations

Compensation & Incentives
  • Base/Retainer: $4Kโ€“$6K/month commensurate with experience, plus commission and equity

  • Tiered bonuses for strategic wins (studio onboarding, partnerships, or showcases)

  • Quarterly performance incentives tied to ecosystem growth and engagement

  • Opportunity for retainer adjustment as pipeline and accounts expand

  • Paid travel or event participation for industry conferences and showcases

How We Work
  • Hybrid, flexible, async-friendlyโ€”based in LA with remote option for exceptional candidates

  • Creative-first cultureโ€”accessibility, design, and feel matter

  • High trust, high standardsโ€”ownership early, autonomy always

  • Small team, big impactโ€”every relationship you build shapes Fuserโ€™s future

How We Interview
  1. Intro Conversation โ€“ Meet with leadership to talk about your background in production, creative tech, and client development.

  2. Demo & Strategy Discussion โ€“ Walk us through how youโ€™d present Fuser to a studio or creative team.

  3. Paid Pilot (2 Weeks) โ€“ Collaborate with us on a short strategy sprint: identify prospects, design a mini-demo or sales approach, and present your findings. (Youโ€™ll be compensated for your time.)

  4. Final Conversation โ€“ Review your process, insights, and long-term fit.

Why Join Us

If youโ€™ve worked in production, you know how fragmented creative workflows can be. Fuser is building the bridgeโ€”connecting creativity and technology in one collaborative space.
Join us to help studios, artists, and agencies discover a better way to workโ€”and help define how creative AI tools are sold, understood, and adopted worldwide.

At Fuser, the process is the point.

Fuser is a creative technology company founded by artists, educators, and engineers. Weโ€™re building tools for professionals who ideate, orchestrate, and deliver with intention. Our flagship product is a collaborative canvas for working across text, image, video, audio, and 3D, powered by the latest AI models.

Weโ€™re a small team in Los Angeles designing the future of creative software: joyful, intuitive, and powerful tools for real-world storytelling and production.
