We Rise Humanistic Counseling Center is actively seeking compassionate and skilled licensed mental health counselors to join our dedicated team on a full-time basis. This remote position offers a unique opportunity to work collaboratively with clients to facilitate their mental health recovery and personal growth through evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

Our team focuses on empowering individuals to navigate past trauma, anxiety, and depression, promoting resilience and personal growth. Work Environment

This position is fully remote, which allows for enhanced flexibility while also fostering a culture of collaboration and support among our team members. You will be part of a community health clinic that is passionate about improving mental health outcomes. The work schedule typically runs Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM, with some flexibility required to meet patient scheduling needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough clinical assessments to identify patient issues and develop personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices.
  • Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), ensuring that each session is tailored to the client’s specific needs.
  • Maintain detailed and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring that all patient data is securely managed.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, to provide comprehensive care.
  • Participate in weekly case consultations and peer review meetings, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and high-quality care.
  • Educate clients and their families about their mental health conditions, treatment pathways, and available community resources to foster understanding and support.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • A valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Pennsylvania.
  • Strong understanding of solution-focused psychotherapy techniques that allow for adaptable and personalized therapeutic interventions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of connecting with clients and colleagues effectively.
  • Proven problem-solving and critical thinking abilities that foster professional growth and patient-care improvements.
