We Rise Humanistic Counseling Center is actively seeking compassionate and skilled licensed mental health counselors to join our dedicated team on a full-time basis. This remote position offers a unique opportunity to work collaboratively with clients to facilitate their mental health recovery and personal growth through evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

Work Environment

This position is fully remote, which allows for enhanced flexibility while also fostering a culture of collaboration and support among our team members. You will be part of a community health clinic that is passionate about improving mental health outcomes. The work schedule typically runs Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM, with some flexibility required to meet patient scheduling needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough clinical assessments to identify patient issues and develop personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices.
  • Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), ensuring that each session is tailored to the clientโ€™s specific needs.
  • Maintain detailed and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring that all patient data is securely managed.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, to provide comprehensive care.
  • Participate in weekly case consultations and peer review meetings, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and high-quality care.

Qualifications
  • Masterโ€™s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • A valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Pennsylvania.
  • Strong understanding of solution-focused psychotherapy techniques that allow for adaptable and personalized therapeutic interventions.
