Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will collect, interpret, and analyze large datasets to provide actionable insights that support business decisions. This position is for an account team that must collect data from multiple sources to prepare for a quarterly business review.
Key Responsibilities
  • Gather requirements and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Collect, clean, and validate large datasets from multiple sources.
  • Connect to a self-service data warehouse to pull specific data.
  • Use Power Query to process data.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Load data into presentation decks and create visuals in Excel.
  • Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain SQL queries and data models.
  • Handle ad hoc data requests.

Required Qualifications
Experience: 2-4+ years of experience in a data analytics or business intelligence role.
Technical Skills:
  • Excel and Power Query
  • SQL (T-SQL, Snow SQL)
  • Power BI (incremental refresh experience)
  • Requirements gathering and communication

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Snowflake Data Warehouse.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform).
  • Healthcare industry experience.
