A Data Management Manager is responsible for leading enterprise data strategy, governance, and transformation initiatives in a fast-paced, client-driven environment, ensuring data integrity, accessibility, and compliance while supporting large-scale system implementations and business process improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Strategy & Transformation: Lead data initiatives tied to system implementations, migrations, and process improvements to align with business objectives.
  • Data Governance & Compliance: Establish and enforce data standards, policies, and controls to ensure accuracy, security, and regulatory compliance.
  • System & Integration Oversight: Partner on ERP and data platform implementations (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Service Titan, Paylocity), ensuring seamless data flow, integration, and structure across business systems.
  • Data Quality & Migration: Oversee data cleansing, validation, and migration efforts during system transitions or upgrades.
  • Data Warehousing & ETL Management: Manage and optimize cloud-based data environments using Snowflake and ETL/integration tools such as Fivetran to support scalable reporting and analytics solutions.
  • Dashboard & Reporting Development: Design and oversee the creation of executive and operational dashboards using tools such as Power BI and Tableau to improve visibility, reporting efficiency, and decision-making.
  • Marketing & Operational Data Integration: Support integrations and reporting across platforms, including Scorpion and other operational/business applications to deliver unified business insights.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with finance, operations, marketing, and IT teams to translate business needs into scalable data solutions.
  • Client/Project Leadership: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, providing guidance, timelines, and deliverables in a consulting-style environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education:Bachelors degree in information systems, Data Management, Finance, or related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years in data management, ERP implementations, business intelligence, or business transformation environments.
