Contract Data Cleansing Jobs (NOW HIRING)

Kforce has a client that is seeking an ERP Data Migration and Data Cleansing Coordinator in Norwalk, CT. Key Responsibilities: Assist with the data cleansing and migration process from the existing JDE ERP system to SAP Review and analyze customer, sales, order, and parts data to determine accuracy and relevance for migration Compare data across multiple reports and systems to identify discrepancies, outdated information, duplicates, and missing data Evaluate customer records and identify inactive or outdated customers that should be archived rather than migrated into the new ERP system Review historical part numbers and determine which records should be retained, archived, or excluded from migration Cross-reference reports and databases to validate information and flag data requiring further review or correction Work closely with internal technology and business teams to review system-generated reports and ensure data is properly categorized and prepared for migration Utilize Excel to organize, manipulate, compare, and validate data Create and work with Excel reports using PivotTables, VLOOKUPs, and basic formulas Assist with general administrative and office-related responsibilities as needed, including organizing and saving PDF files and maintaining documentation Support warehouse-related administrative activities, including paperwork and documentation Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail throughout the data cleansing and migration process Perform other administrative and project-related duties as needed to support the ERP transition Requirements: 1+ years of experience working with data, ERP systems, administration, coordination, or a related function Experience working with an ERP system; SAP and/or JDE experience is strongly preferred Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including: PivotTables VLOOKUPs Basic formulas Sorting, filtering, and comparing data Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies within large data sets Ability to cross-reference information across multiple reports and systems Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to perform repetitive, detail-oriented, and labor-intensive tasks while maintaining accuracy Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to work independently in a small-office environment Preferred Qualifications: Hands-on experience with SAP, particularly in an ERP implementation or data migration environment Experience with JDE Experience supporting an ERP conversion, implementation, or data migration project Previous experience with data cleansing, master data management, or data validation Experience working with customer, sales, inventory, order, or parts data The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
