Job Summary:
Collectiv is a leading boutique consulting and strategy firm specializing in Analytics, Planning, and AI. They are seeking a Project Lead to oversee data and analytics projects, managing initiatives to enhance client data usage for business decisions.
Responsibilities:
• Manage all aspects of data and analytics projects, including planning, resource allocation, scheduling, budget tracking, and risk management to ensure timely and successful delivery.
• Lead a team of data professionals, including developers and analysts, providing direction and support to achieve project goals and foster professional growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and challenges, and offering strategic advice on how to leverage data effectively.
• Work with clients to gather and document their requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of their goals and translating these into actionable plans.
• Oversee the development of data solutions, ensuring they meet client objectives and are delivered in an effective and efficient manner.
• Coordinate with technical teams to integrate data from various sources, ensuring that data is accurate and available for analysis.
• Support the development efforts for dashboard and report creation, ensuring they are user-friendly, visually appealing, and meet client needs.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer and training sessions, and provide ongoing support to clients, helping them to effectively use data tools and insights.
• Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and resolve any issues that arise.
• Stay informed about the latest trends in data and analytics to contribute to the company's strategic direction and innovation.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
• At least 3 years of experience in project management, with specific experience managing projects using the Microsoft stack, including Power BI.
