Join a forward-thinking Orlando-based team as a Technical Project Manager specializing as a Scrum Master with expertise in data analytics. You will transform complex project data into actionable insights that drive delivery speed and quality, while empowering teams to achieve their highest potential in an agile environment. This is an opportunity to shape end-to-end project processes, build advanced reporting solutions, and directly impact business outcomes.
[Responsibilities]
- Design, configure, and maintain Jira Structures to deliver real-time performance metrics
- Build and automate advanced Excel reports with pivot tables for resource utilization, risk tracking, and variance analysis
- Analyze large-scale Jira and IMS data to produce concise, data-driven status reports, forecasts, and executive summaries
- Develop automated monitoring tools to proactively flag schedule slippage, resource bottlenecks, and quality deviations
- Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, coaching teams in Scrum best practices
- Serve as the primary liaison between Scrum teams and project management stakeholders
- Continuously streamline Scrum and reporting workflows using data analytics to boost productivity and transparency

- Minimum 15 years' experience as a Project Manager with advanced Scrum Master responsibilities
