Must Haves: 

  • Experience developing BI reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Thoughtspot BI tool.
  • Familiarity with reporting best practices, and KPI/metric design.
  • 5+ years' experience with Strong hands-on experience with  SQL  including writing complex queries, joins, aggregations, and data validation logic.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical or analytical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional business partners and manage stakeholder expectations.

Summary:

We are seeking a highly capable Business Intelligence Developer to support data-driven decision-making through strong hands-on experience building reports/live boards, SQL expertise, analytical problem-solving, and effective partnership with business stakeholders. This role requires an individual who can translate business needs into meaningful insights, develop reporting and dashboard solutions, and collaborate across cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in SQL and BI reporting/dashboard development in ThoughtSpot, along with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience with tools such as ThoughtSpot, Tableau, Power BI, or similar BI platforms is highly desirable.
