Key Responsibilities
  • Design end-to-end Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Real-Time CDP (RT-CDP) solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Define scalable architecture for customer data collection, storage, processing, and activation.
  • Develop technical solution designs, architecture diagrams, and implementation roadmaps.
  • Design and implement unified customer profiles using Real-Time CDP.
  • Configure identity resolution, profile stitching, and audience segmentation.
  • Ensure accurate customer data consolidation from multiple online and offline sources.
  • Architect batch and streaming data ingestion into AEP.
  • Design integrations with CRM, ERP, CMS, marketing automation platforms, data warehouses, and third-party applications.
  • Develop and review API-based integrations and event-driven data pipelines.
  • Design and maintain XDM (Experience Data Model) schemas.
  • Establish data governance, data quality, metadata management, and consent management processes.
  • Ensure compliance with privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA.
  • Integrate AEP with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), and Adobe Campaign.
  • Enable omnichannel customer experiences and personalized marketing campaigns.
  • Lead architecture discussions and provide technical guidance to development teams.
  • Review technical designs, code, and implementation approaches.
  • Mentor developers and support best practices for Adobe implementations.
  • Optimize platform performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Monitor data ingestion, profile processing, and audience activation.
  • Troubleshoot architecture and integration issues.
  • Implement secure data access, encryption, authentication, and authorization mechanisms.
  • Ensure adherence to enterprise security standards and regulatory compliance.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, marketing teams, and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
