As a Regional Sales Manager, you will engage with SMBs, demonstrating the value of RADICL's innovative cybersecurity platform, fostering relationships, and driving sales. While directly building your pipeline is not required, prior experience in doing so would be an added advantage.

As a RADICL Regional Sales Manager, you will:
  • Engage with SMBs: Develop meaningful relationships with businesses that play critical roles in advancing national priorities.
  • Deliver Compelling Presentations: Communicate the value of RADICL's CSaaS solution tailored to SMBs' unique cybersecurity and compliance needs.
  • Close Deals: Build trust with prospective customers, navigate the sales process effectively, and drive revenue growth.

Your skillset/experience should include:
  • 7+ years Experience Selling MDR Products: Demonstrated success in selling Managed Detection and Response (MDR) solutions or similar cybersecurity services.
  • Cybersecurity Sales to SMBs: Proven ability to address the specific needs of SMBs in the cybersecurity space.
  • Sales Expertise: Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive B2B environment.
  • Value-Based Selling: Skilled in positioning solutions to decision-makers by aligning cybersecurity offerings with customer goals.

The pay range for this role is:
240,000 - 260,000 USD per year (Boulder, CO)
