You will drive customer adoption by ensuring end users and site leaders are properly trained, involved, and invested in the product and application. The heart of Seegrid is our customers, so the ability to build rapport and provide world-class support is crucial.The Customer Success Specialist role is based out of Detroit, MI and may require up to 80% travel.Responsibilities Include:Possess a unique combination of hands-on problem solving, analytical thinking and a customer-service spiritManage and conduct all on-site training and adoption support activitiesPartner with Seegrid Support, Engineering and Field Service teams to provide the best possible resolution to customer concernsWork with a collaborative attitude and team spirit in an ever-changing dynamic environmentCoach customer staff on safety, operation and application detailsMaintain detailed daily record keeping and reporting, including resolutions implemented, records of time, expenses and materialsPrepare for customer trainings by reviewing and gaining an in-depth understanding of the application(s) to be supportedDrive your ongoing skill development by actively participating in routine product and software training sessionsRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's or Associate's degree in business, communications, or a related field; a background in a technical discipline (electrical/mechanical technology, engineering) is a plus but not requiredGenuine enthusiasm for building customer relationships and a demonstrated commitment to customer satisfactionExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to present to and interface with clients at all levelsComfortable working independently on-site within dynamic industrial and warehouse settings (noise, physical activity and extended periods on your feet)Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, as neededComfortable with Windows and proficient in Microsoft Office; aptitude and eagerness to learn technical products quicklyStrong work ethic, self-motivation, and a genuine willingness to learn on the jobAbility to travel extensively (approximately 80%), both domestically and internationally (Canada/Mexico); valid passport and clean driving record requiredHighly responsible and able to work independently with minimal supervisionMust be a highly responsible individual who can work independently and with minimal supervisionDesirable Qualifications:Experience with LinuxSeegrid has been recognized nationally as a Best-Place-to-Work.
