About the Role

We are looking for motivated and results-driven Outbound Sales Associates to join our team. In this role, you will connect with past and existing customers to offer tailored service upgrades and additional products, helping enhance their overall experience.

This is a fully remote position within Canada, with all necessary equipment provided to support your success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to past and current customers
  • Offering add-ons and service upgrades that match customer needs
  • Promote Internet, Home Phone, TV, and Programming packages
  • Build rapport and deliver an excellent customer experience
  • Stay informed on current products, services, and promotions
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
Qualifications
  • Minimum 6+ months of sales experience
  • Previous call center experience (outbound sales strongly preferred)
  • Comfort working with scripts and structured sales flows
  • Strong people skills with the ability to build trust fast
  • A competitive drive and desire to exceed bonus goals
  • Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively
  • Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely
  • The ability to connect your equipment directly to your modem via ethernet (Wiโ€‘Fi isnโ€™t supported)
  • Must reside in and legally be able to work in Canada
