As a Senior Manager, Market, Customer & Category Insights, you will participate in cross-functional meetings to discuss challenges, opportunities, and action plans for our categories, brands, and customers. You will present insights and recommendations to cross-functional teams and senior leadership.

Your role in achieving results:


  • Extract, integrate, and communicate relevant information from various data sources to support cross-functional teams in their business decisions. Support their analytical development and autonomy.
  • Ensure the maintenance of best business practices across the organization regarding the planning and deployment of market, customer, and category insights.
  • Develop and support the team's continuous training. Guide project prioritization.
  • Ensure the integrity and continuous improvement of business tools and solutions across the organization.
  • Support the Senior Director in the annual budgeting process, vendor relationships, and contract renewals.
  • Plan, monitor, and optimize the management of the budget related to data purchases and investments.
  • Manage relationships with data suppliers and ensure value is generated from these partnerships.

What we are looking for to deliver these results:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. An MBA is an asset;
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a customer and category insights specialist;
  • Experience managing staff;
  • Strong proficiency with tools: Microsoft Office Suite, JDA Space Planning, Workstation Plus, as well as retailer data systems (loyalty/POS) and consumer research;
  • Excellent command of both French and English, spoken and written;
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to work effectively in a team;
  • Availability for occasional travel;
  • Strong knowledge of tools: Office Suite, JDA Space Planning, Nielsen IQ, retailer data systems (loyalty/POS), and consumer research.
