Steadfast Support Clinic is actively seeking a dedicated Full-time Licensed Mental Health Counselor to enhance our Behavioral Health Team. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive mental health services and will be working primarily in a remote setting with daylight hours, from Monday to Friday.

This position allows for the flexibility of remote work, ensuring that our counselors can provide care in a comfortable setting while maintaining high standards of professionalism. As part of our outpatient office, counselors are offered opportunities for telehealth consultations, team meetings, and collaborative supervision to enhance clinical outcomes and foster a strong team culture.

• Deliver comprehensive individual, group, and family therapy sessions to clients, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to their unique needs.
• Conduct thorough assessments to determine eligibility for services, including family and child counseling for clients who meet DSM-V diagnostic criteria.
• Facilitate psycho-educational groups and classes, such as parenting and life skills workshops, to empower clients and their families.
• Maintain accurate client documentation and program forms, adhering to organizational guidelines and regulatory standards.
• Timely completion of all necessary charting and reporting to ensure compliance with billing requirements and contractual obligations.
• Meet performance expectations by achieving a designated number of reimbursable hours through diligent service delivery.

The Mental Health Counselor will primarily work with children and their families, addressing a range of mental health issues. The counselor will develop therapeutic relationships that promote healing and resilience, addressing challenges such as anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and family dynamics through informed therapeutic techniques.

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Possession of a valid clinical license in Pennsylvania as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW is essential.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively manage a diverse caseload.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to billing, documentation, and client management.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in mental health counseling is required. Experience with community health settings or outpatient therapy is a plus.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to streamline documentation and patient interactions.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 100,000 per year, which is commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a robust salary, the following benefits are included:
