Position Overview

The Steadfast Support Clinic is actively seeking a dedicated Full-Time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team. In this essential role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive therapeutic support to clients, creating individualized treatment plans, and fostering recovery from mental health challenges and substance use disorders. Work Environment

This role is fully remote, allowing for flexibility in your work setting while ensuring you maintain a strong connection with clients and colleagues. As part of our Detox Center, you will have access to various digital tools and platforms that enable you to efficiently manage client information, documentation, and treatment planning in a secure environment. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure the highest level of patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records, including detailed progress notes, in accordance with Steadfast Support Clinic's policies and state regulations.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop, implement, and adjust comprehensive treatment plans, including discharge planning based on thorough psychosocial assessments.
• Engage with clients' families and support systems to discuss treatment options, strategies for improvement, and plans for successful discharge from services.
• Create individualized treatment plans that are tailored to each patient's unique circumstances and needs, fostering a collaborative atmosphere during this process.
• Conduct regular counseling sessions with clients, assessing their progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective care.
• Perform ongoing assessments to monitor patient outcomes, adapting treatment modalities and interventions to optimize recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily support adults experiencing a spectrum of mental health challenges and substance use disorders. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and face various obstacles that may hinder their recovery. You will be instrumental in guiding them through their healing journey, utilizing your expertise to facilitate their understanding of treatment processes and recovery methods.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in social work or related fields, with a focus on mental health and substance use treatment preferred.
• A valid Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
• Must hold a current and valid LCSW license in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Active Associate or Licensed status with the Board of Behavioral Sciences, or be in progress towards this requirement.
• Demonstrated strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple clients effectively.
• A self-motivated individual who can initiate and efficiently handle documentation and billing processes.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in a detox center or similar behavioral health setting is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms to enhance service delivery.

Compensation and Benefits
