Director of Curriculum Solutions (Math Product Focus)

Pay: Salaried, $120,000 - $140,000 per year plus benefits

Location: Remote, U.S. home-based (Travel hub preferred). Travel up to 65% is required.

Job Description Why We Need You

The Director of Curriculum Solutions will own and grow a portfolio of strategic district and school partnerships that drive measurable student impact through the Modern Classrooms Project (MCP) model, with a particular focus on strengthening math instruction. This senior, relationshipdriven role blends deep instructional expertise with partnership and account leadership to ensure successful adoption, highquality implementation, and longterm sustainability of MCPs work.

Reporting to the Chief Success Officer, the Director serves as the primary relationship owner for school, district, state, and philanthropic partners, working closely with principals, instructional coaches, and district leaders. The role is responsible for guiding partners through implementation of the MCP model, supporting renewal and expansion, and acting as a credible instructional thought partner who connects classroom practice to systemlevel goals. As MCP continues to scale its curriculumaligned partnerships, this role will be critical to deepening impact within existing accounts and shaping future growth.

Own Strategic Math Partner Relationships and Growth
  • Serve as the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of district and school partners, building strong, trustbased relationships with principals, instructional coaches, and district leaders.
  • Develop and execute account strategies that align MCP supports to partner priorities, timelines, and system goals, positioning partnerships for successful renewal and growth.
  • Partner with school and system leaders to support adoption and effective implementation of the MCP model, including aligned curriculum, assessment, and scheduling practices that drive improved student outcomes in math.
  • Act as a credible instructional thought partner, bringing deep understanding of highquality, masterybased, and differentiated math instruction to leadership and planning conversations.
  • Deliver professional learning, instructional coaching, and leadership support that builds local capacity and strengthens implementation fidelity.
  • Monitor implementation quality and impact using data, feedback, and classroom evidence; translate insights into clear narratives that communicate value and progress to partners.
  • Manage the full partnership lifecycle, including contract execution, renewal strategy, and identification of opportunities for expansion and deeper impact within existing accounts.
  • Represent MCP in partner meetings, site visits, and presentations, clearly and compellingly communicating the model, student outcomes, and vision.
  • Support school and district leaders in managing instructional change, including navigating shifts in practice, addressing implementation challenges, and building buyin among educators and leadership teams.
  • Communicate impact and value to senior district leaders through data, storytelling, and presentations that connect classroom practice to systemwide outcomes.
Lead CrossFunctional Implementation and Portfolio Oversight
  • Coordinate closely with internal teamsincluding Educator Support, Product, and Successto design and execute partnerspecific implementation and support plans.
  • Track progress across the portfolio, prioritize resources strategically, and identify opportunities to deepen impact, refine supports, or adjust approach across accounts.
  • Serve as a key voice of the partner experience, synthesizing feedback and implementation insights to inform MCPs curriculum, product development, and service strategy.
  • Ensure all deliverables are wellorganized, clearly scheduled, and scoped appropriately across departments.
  • Develop a deep understanding of each partners context to help MCP team members deliver highimpact, meaningful support.
