This role is primarily remote, allowing flexibility and work-life balance while ensuring that our clinicians remain connected with their peers and the organization through weekly virtual meetings and collaborative platforms. Our outpatient setting is focused on providing personalized care to clients in various circumstances, often addressing the challenges of urban mental health needs in Santa Ana, California.

As an LPCC, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough evaluations and assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and create individualized treatment plans.
• Documenting patient progress meticulously and maintaining up-to-date electronic health records in alignment with legal and ethical standards.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams by sharing insights and strategies during case conferences and treatment team meetings.
• Developing and implementing therapeutic interventions, such as group therapy sessions, recreational activities, and skill-building workshops, aimed at improving clients' overall mental health.
• Utilizing evidence-based practices and a coaching model tailored to the unique contexts of each client, facilitating learning in natural environments.

Our client base is diverse, encompassing individuals from various backgrounds with a wide range of mental health challenges. You will provide support to adults, adolescents, and families, working closely with those who are dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other psychological disorders. Understanding the cultural dynamics and unique situations of each client will be essential in fostering effective therapeutic relationships that lead to positive outcomes.

To be considered for the LPCC role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Professional Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Current and active license as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California.
• A minimum of three years of professional counseling experience, showcasing a solid foundation in therapeutic techniques and client engagement.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively maintain appointment schedules and documentation duties.
• Familiarity with medical documentation practices and the use of electronic health record systems.

While not mandatory, candidates with experience in outpatient settings or those who have worked with culturally diverse populations will be given preference, as this aligns with our commitment to understanding and addressing the complex needs of our clients.

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience and expertise. Our generous benefits package includes:
