Job description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Executive Engagement Lead, Office of the CRO based in Netherlands.

This role sits at the intersection of executive strategy, enterprise relationships, and high-impact go-to-market execution.
You will shape how a senior revenue leader engages with the most important customers, partners, and executive stakeholders across the global business.
The work goes far beyond coordination, focusing instead on designing and owning the substance, strategy, and impact of executive interactions.
You will translate complex account dynamics into clear, actionable executive narratives that directly influence high-stakes decisions.
Working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional GTM teams, you will ensure every executive engagement is intentional, well-prepared, and strategically sequenced.
You will also help build scalable systems and playbooks that define how executive engagement is run across the organization.
This is a highly visible role for someone who thrives in executive environments and enjoys shaping how leadership shows up externally

Accountabilities:
  • Own the strategy and execution of executive engagement for the CRO, ensuring external interactions with users, partners, and enterprise stakeholders are purposeful and high-impact.
  • Develop and maintain a structured view of strategic customer relationships, including tracking engagement history, commitments, and relationship coverage across executive stakeholders.
  • Lead end-to-end preparation for executive meetings by synthesizing account context, competitive dynamics, objectives, and stakeholder insights into high-quality briefing materials.
  • Design scalable executive engagement programs, including frameworks, operating models, and governance structures that enable consistent deployment of senior leadership across key accounts.
  • Partner with GTM and field teams to ensure executive involvement is effectively sequenced into strategic deals, customer relationships, and key commercial moments.
  • Identify gaps in executive relationship coverage and proactively strengthen multi-threaded engagement across critical enterprise accounts.
  • Build reusable playbooks and standards that elevate executive engagement capabilities across the broader GTM organization.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience in roles such as chief of staff, executive engagement, strategic programs, management consulting, sales, or similar disciplines with exposure to C-suite stakeholders.
  • Strong executive-level writing and communication skills, with the ability to produce precise, structured, and high-impact briefing materials.
  • Proven ability to design and scale programs, operating cadences, or frameworks in complex, cross-functional environments.
  • Experience working closely with senior leaders and influencing outcomes without formal authority.
  • Demonstrated ability to prepare executives for high-stakes meetings and engagements with enterprise customers or partners.
  • Strong business judgment, stakeholder management skills, and comfort navigating ambiguity in fast-paced environments.
  • High executive presence, with the ability to represent leadership effectively in both internal and external settings.
  • Preferred: experience in executive advisory, strategic GTM programs, or enterprise sales environments within high-growth technology companies.
  • Preferred: familiarity with CRM systems and data-driven relationship tracking.
  • Preferred: exposure to consulting or investment banking environments with strong client-facing responsibilities.
