• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health, identifying areas for concern and strengths.
• Develop, implement, and review individualized treatment plans that align with each client's unique needs and therapeutic goals.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to individual, family, and group therapy, using recognized methodologies to support diverse client needs.
• Monitor client progress regularly, using feedback to adapt treatment plans to ensure effective support and address changes in circumstances.
• Provide crisis intervention when necessary, offering immediate support and safety planning for clients experiencing acute distress.
• Maintain accurate and confidential electronic client records in adherence with HIPAA and other legal and ethical standards.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare professionals, to ensure holistic client care.
• Stay informed about the latest developments in mental health treatment and practices through continuous education and training.
• Participate in regular supervision sessions and peer reviews to enhance clinical skills and share best practices.
• Uphold ethical guidelines and professional standards set forth by relevant licensing boards to promote safe and effective therapeutic practices.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.
• Current state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) is mandatory.

A minimum of three years of experience in the mental health counseling field is required.
