• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health status, goals, and treatment needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on thorough assessments that align with clients’ aspirations for mental health and well-being.
• Provide evidence-based individual therapy sessions tailored to adult clients, employing skills from various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and more.
• Utilize teletherapy platforms to engage clients through virtual sessions, ensuring their comfort and accessibility to mental health services regardless of location.
• Respond to crisis situations by providing immediate support and intervention, demonstrating your ability to assess and manage high-stress scenarios effectively.
• Commit to professional growth through ongoing training and continuing education to remain abreast of the latest research and best practices in mental health care.

• A valid and current license in one of the following areas: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to engage and build rapport with diverse client populations.
• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach to therapy.
• Effective organizational and time-management skills to manage caseload efficiently.
• A clean disciplinary record with no history of adverse actions.

We prefer candidates with at least 2 years of experience in a counseling or therapy role, particularly those familiar with teletherapy practices. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and therapy-related software will strengthen your application, as ease with technology is integral to our remote work setting.
