Your Role
  • Drive the development of bid and proposal solutions, ensuring the PLM architecture (focusing on PTC solutions) aligns with customer challenges, business objectives, and technical requirements.
  • Participate in PLM solutioning activities across North America in coordination with the Global Solutioning organization, bringing thought leadership, creativity, and problemsolving expertise to each engagement.
  • Contribute to proposal design and writing by collaborating with bid teams, PLM presales, including proposals for global customers outside the U.S.
  • Ensure accurate and insightful deal qualifications by engaging directly with customers, understanding their expectations, and validating technical and business feasibility.
  • Support project delivery as a delivery executive or business/technical advisor, ensuring that the designed solution is effectively transitioned into execution.
  • Engage in presales activities such as discovery workshops, value definition, solution storytelling, and architectural reviews that strengthen Capgemini's competitive position.
  • Foster innovation by sharing best practices, promoting digital transformation ideas, and contributing to the growth of the PLM solutioning community across the region.
Your skills and experience
  • You bring 10+ years of strong expertise in PLM PTC platforms (Windchill, Codebeamer, FlexPLM, Creo, ...) and ecosystem technologies, combined with the ability to architect scalable endtoend solutions for complex engineering and manufacturing clients.
  • You have a consulting mindset, skilled in problemframing, solution design, executive communication, and guiding customers through digital transformation journeys.
  • You excel in cognitive skills such as analytical thinking, decisionmaking, and conceptual design, enabling you to translate business problems into actionable PLM architectures.
  • You demonstrate creativity and innovation, applying design thinking and industry best practices to craft compelling PLM, digital thread, and Industry 4.0 solutions.
  • You understand enterpriselevel processes across engineering, product development, and industrial design, enabling seamless integration of PLM with CAD/CAE, ERP, MES, and emerging technologies.
  • You have strong experience participating in presales engagements, proposal creation, and bid processes-communicating value, differentiators, and technical strengths clearly and persuasively.
  • You excel working in global, crossfunctional teams and are comfortable collaborating with diverse stakeholders across business, technology, and consulting environments.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: ($98K - $233K)

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
