As a fully remote position, our Licensed Mental Health Professional will conduct sessions via secure telehealth platforms, providing convenience and accessibility for clients located in San Bernardino, California, and beyond. This setting promotes a comfortable atmosphere for therapy, allowing both clients and therapists to engage meaningfully without geographical limitations. • Develop and implement individualized aftercare plans collaboratively with clients, ensuring a smooth transition post-discharge from the program.
• Maintain ongoing communication with external parties, including family members and other clinicians, to facilitate continuity of care and support clients’ needs.
• Document treatment sessions in accordance with clinic guidelines, including timely completion of biopsychosocial assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
• Provide evidence-based individual and group therapy, adhering to therapeutic modalities that align with approved best practices.
• Engage in regular case supervision and peer consultations to enhance therapeutic outcomes and maintain high standards of care.

This role focuses on supporting a diverse population dealing with various mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. • Master's degree in a behavioral science discipline (such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling).
• Current and active license in your respective field (LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC) to practice in California.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience providing mental health services to individuals, families, or groups.
• Strong understanding of mental health disorders and effective treatment methodologies, demonstrating an ability to tailor interventions to meet client needs.
• Excellent communication skills, with a focus on empathy and resilience in a remote engagement environment.

• Experience with telehealth services and proficiency in using digital tools for therapy.
• Familiarity with evidence-based treatment models and a track record of employing these modalities effectively.
• Experience in case management and interprofessional collaboration.
