As a Senior Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough psychosocial assessments for individuals, families, and groups to evaluate clients' mental health status and inform treatment plans.
• Developing and implementing tailored therapeutic interventions, including evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to address diverse client needs.
• Regularly documenting patient assessments, treatment progress, and outcomes, maintaining clear communication with interdisciplinary teams during meetings.
• Your insights will contribute to the holistic care plans that address not only psychological but also social, educational, and safety needs of clients across various age groups.
• Providing case management services, collaborating with community resources, and ensuring seamless access to necessary programs for optimal patient care.
• Completing all clinical documentation with accuracy and within specified timelines to support both organizational effectiveness and patient continuity of care.

In this role, you will work with a diverse patient population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families navigating various mental health challenges. Your approach will be tailored to meet individual patient needs and preferences, fostering a supportive environment that encourages growth and healing.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Nevada.
• A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant mental health field is required.
• Availability to commit to a schedule of 10 to 40 hours per week, allowing for flexibility in client sessions.

• At least 2 years of clinical experience in providing mental health therapy in outpatient settings.
• Proficiency in utilizing evidence-based therapeutic practices, with emphasis on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
• Experience working in a community health environment or similar fast-paced settings.
