Senior Art Director

Position Overview

We're on the hunt for a talented full-time Senior Art Director to craft compelling content for campaigns that make a difference. We're seeking someone with both an eye for design and a head for big ideas. In this role, you'll innovate across a variety of formats-including digital marketing, social media, email, TV, and out-of-home-while meeting our clients' diverse needs. Partnering with a skilled copywriter, you'll collaborate with both internal teams and external creatives such as photographers, filmmakers, illustrators, animators, and editors to bring ideas to life and drive meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand, communicate, and develop creative solutions that address specific client goals
  • Prepare and develop presentations to internally and to existing and potential clients
  • Design work for video, outdoor, email, digital ads, social, UX and branding
  • Work effectively with a copywriter
  • Mentor younger creatives
  • Recommend measures to improve work and quality of product
  • Contribute to the creative culture of the agency

Required Qualifications:

  • Demonstrate outstanding creative conceptual and design skills through a portfolio that is clean, smart and visually strong (please include a link to your portfolio when applying)
  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite
  • Must have experience working as an Art Director in an Advertising Agency
  • Skills in concepting, design and video
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in advertising, marketing, or a related role, with a proven track record of success in developing and executing effective campaigns.
  • Strategic thinking and adept problem solving

  • Experience with and confidence in working with clients. Agency experience a plus
