Position Summary

The Assistant Project Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations. This role ensures exceptional guest service, operational efficiency, compliance, and financial performance while supporting team development and client satisfaction.

Schedule

This is a full-time position, with 40+ hours per week expected. Schedule is consistent on a weekly basis but is subject to change based on business needs. Schedule will require weekend hours (Saturday and Sunday) with consecutive days off during the weekdays.ย 

Key ResponsibilitiesOperations & Guest Experience
  • Ensure a consistently high level of guest service is delivered across all locations
  • Maintain overall cleanliness, organization, and presentation of all facilities
  • Respond promptly to operational issues, including call-offs, scheduling changes, and service disruptions
  • Fill scheduling gaps as needed to ensure uninterrupted operations
Team Leadership & Development
  • Recruit, onboard, train, and develop team members
  • Foster accountability, engagement, safety, and employee well-being
  • Provide coaching and performance management to ensure team success
Client & Customer Relations
  • Maintain professional, responsive communication with clients and customers
  • Ensure client satisfaction and proactively address concerns
  • Represent the company with professionalism at all times
Financial & Business Management
  • Support P&L management and execute strategies to meet or exceed budget expectations
  • Assist with implementation of marketing initiatives and revenue optimization strategies

  • Ability to work flexible hoursย
