Lead the Charge in Marketing Innovation – Join PDS Tech Commercial as a Community, Communications and Marketing (CCM) Operations Project Manager in Tempe, AZ.

Hiring manager is looking for someone with solid Project Management experience.

** Initially the work will be hybrid (onsite a few days/week for training) and then it will have the option of going fully REMOTE. **

PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a dynamic Project Manager to join our CCM Operations Team in the environmental Industry. This role is your opportunity to lead integrated marketing projects that shape brand experiences and deliver measurable results.
About the Role
Reporting to the Manager of Project Management, you’ll be at the heart of our marketing operations—guiding projects through the full lifecycle: Discover, Create, Deliver, Analyze, and Close. You’ll manage small to large-scale campaigns, ensuring seamless execution and collaboration across internal and external teams.
Key Responsibilities

  • Lead projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes

  • Develop and manage detailed project schedules and resource assignments

  • Monitor progress and proactively address risks or delays

  • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and manage expectations

  • Oversee scope changes using formal change control processes

  • Utilize Workfront to manage workflows and approvals

  • Archive project documentation and conduct post-project evaluations


Qualifications
Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution

  • Minimum of 1 to 3 years of project management experience

  • Strong understanding of marketing and communications processes

  • Proficiency in project management tools (preferably Workfront)

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills


Preferred:

  • Experience in integrated marketing or creative project management

  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership

  • Familiarity with digital and creative best practices

Pay Details: $30.00 to $40.00 per hour
