• Conduct thorough mental health assessments of senior residents via video consultations to identify their specific emotional and psychological needs.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions that address the unique challenges posed by aging, including grief processing, coping with life transitions, and managing chronic illness.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop personalized and comprehensive care plans for each client, ensuring holistic approaches to treatment.
• Empower families and caregivers through educational workshops that provide techniques to support emotional well-being and improve life quality for older adults.
• Guide residents facing end-of-life concerns by offering grief and loss counseling, while also providing support for their caregivers.
• Implement cognitive stimulation techniques and evidence-based mental health therapies designed to enhance cognitive functioning and overall mental health among the elderly.

Your primary focus will be on seniors, a demographic requiring specialized care due to physical and emotional health challenges associated with aging. • A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.
